Samuel has lived a relatively quiet life with his family. His older brother however left when Samuel was very young. His departure was because their family didn’t have enough money to care for both. Samuel decided that he would work very hard from there on out so that he could provide for his family. His mother shoveled the major roads in the kingdom and his father was a hunter who tried to sell whatever he could scavenge. Samuels's father Sam Mitrí was once richer than most other hunters because of his skills. But when the Fire Kingdom invaded snow they burnt most of the woods he was acquainted with. They also gave him strong burns which made him weaker. Therefore Samuel would spend a lot of time with his father out in the woods where they hunted together, Sam wanted to teach Samuel everything he know so that he could carry on his legacy. As early as the age of 6 Samuel killed his first animal and he has been a fast learner since then. Samuel would also be the one to sell what they managed to scavenge in the local village. He was always seen as a sort of outsider because he and his family were so poor. This led to Samuel not having any real friends except for his parents and his father's hunting friends. He would however have great insight into what was going on in the village and around the world. He was a good listener and overheard from local people what was going on in the world. Being with people, in general, didn’t attract Samuel, instead being out in nature was what he loved the most. But one day however his father would not return after going out to hunt alone. The reason Samuel wasn’t with his father was that he was out selling pelts. It was as he was selling that a local hunter named Grese Hailberg came running and screaming that his father had been taken by One-Eyed Frost, a local giant ice bear that was known for its ferocity. Samuel dropped everything and ran out into the woods looking for his father. He would eventually come across him, bleeding out in the middle of a clearing. His father died in his arms and the last thing his father said to him was: “Avenge me and kill him”. Heartbroken and distraught, Samuel decided that he would avenge his father and kill One-Eyed Frost. Since then, Samuel would become obsessed with looking and hunting for One-Eyed Frost as well as other animals and monsters. Samuel Mitrí is a hunter from Snow Kingdom. Samuel has one brother, Smeg Mitrí, but Smeg was left from the family when Samuel was young.
