The Cloud Remembrance increases the sight and ability to "read people" of the user. It is possible to see over entire kingdoms and know to almost certainty if someone is lying.
History
The Cloud Remembrance was created by the blood of many harpies as well as Cloud Drakes by the leaders of The Mountain District. It was created to spot potential enemies who would invade the district. The Remembrance later fell into the hands of Aristophes after The Donstropian Massacre. It would stay in Cloud Kingdom until WW3 when the The Fire Kingdom stole it. Ever since then, it's been in the hands of The Fire Kingdom, all the way until 853 A.C. when Smeg Mitrí would absorb it and become the god of love.
