General information
The Cloud Kingdom, often called Cloudia, is the first kingdom in Afersis and one of the smallest. It is located to the far west and is very remote since the entire kingdom floats upon a gigantic solid cloud, the only bordering kingdom being Earthsandia. Its current leader, Evelyn Shroud recently made it harder for people to exit and or enter the country as well as the capital. To enter and leave you need to have a pass only handed out by nobles or their valtes. The inner circle of nobles live at almost the highest standard in the world and most of the commoners have a normal life. The population is a bit over 93,500 and harpies stand for about 5000. Cloudia has a lot of room for social services and is one of the few places that exercise hotels, museums, spas, and academic buildings for almost everyone. For those who afford it, Cloudia really is "heaven". The national dish is bread baked from Golden Grains. Cloudia is a constitutional monarchy with ground values placed on democracy, however, this has slowly faded with time. The current monarch is Queen Evelyn Shroud, Neil Shroud, her father, is still alive but very old 98 (as of 583 A.C.. The highest intuition of power is The Cloudia Council which consists of five people council. When it comes to urgent decisions these five people come to a vote. Members of The Council are Evelyn, Mayudo Madrigo, Frail Shiver, William Hills, and Celeste Hierency. The standard of living in Cloudia is on average very high but there are still those who aren't so lucky. The country exports and imports various goods thanks to its airships, being one of the fastest traveling methods. The Cloud Kingdom is very influential due to its high technological advancement. The main income comes from taxes and other countries renting and using the airships that Cloudia resources. Reuniteism is the most prominent religion but there are also a lot of people who are atheists. The second most prominent religion is a cult known as The Seers. The Military in Cloudia isn't very extensive. Evelyn is an Expert Elemental Sorcerer and except for her, there are two other Exper Elemental Sorcerers, her brother, and sister. (Wiel and Lydia Shroud) The Cloud Kingdom has 30 battlefield airships fitted with canons and bombs as well as 160 other airships that can be used for traveling or shipping. Some have places for fitting canons to them. Cloud has 15 Generals with Advanced Elemental Powers, around 500 with Intermediate, and 2000 with Novice with a grand total of 3500 people in the army.
History
The Cloud Kingdom has a somewhat unique origin compared to the other kingdoms seeing as its creation wasn't a byproduct of the Donstropians. The Cloud Kingdom was founded by Arisophes, officially in the year 25. It was created with the power of the strongest wizards at the time, Arisophes using the Cloud Remembrance as well as enslaved dragons. By sacrificing the dragons to The Old Stratus Temple a solid cloud-substance was created. This was then raised high up to the sky and connected to the temple. The solid cloud gained power and statute through the tower and could uphold the weight of people, buildings, and whole cities placed on it. To reach the cloud the Grand Staircase was built. The staircase became the only way to reach the kingdom which led to its remote nature.

Trivia
Cloud Kingdom is often called Cloudia. This the original name it had in the beginning of Afersis Act 1 due to Alexander not having that many plans for other kingdoms except for the 9th. After a while the kingdom prefix became the norm and all kingdoms were named like this: "The ___ Kingdom".
