Reuniteism

The main religion within Afersis. It states that Fonos is the one and only god and that he shall be worshiped for creating the world of Afersis. The main belief of its followers is that Fonos the reuniter is a god that saved this world from the devilish Donstropians. Today most people only use Fonos as an idol and pray to him when they are in need.

It is said in Reuniteism's holy writing (The Reunion) that the world was created year -30 in the following way. Fonos 1 chapter 1 verse 1-7; 1 In the beginning this world would be nothing more than an ocean. 2 An ocean of death where nothing more than the waves would break the silence. 3 This was until Fonos the Reuniter descended into this world. 4 With his ship: The Kingseeker he would sail the seas and find a suitable place for the world he would form. 5 With his bare hands he would conjure and raise the land out of the sea creating the soil in an instant. 6 Wandering these lands he saw their potential and beauty. To share his experience he would take a piece of his heart and divide it. Each part he would then put into the ground and after three days the human race would grow. 7 Though the soil wasn’t pure and parts of his heart would be corrupt. These would later grow into all other races and monsters as well as the demons of this world: Donstropians.

The holy writing continues with justifying the Donstropian massacre and describing Fonos life after it. The text doesn’t note any year until 0 when it says that the Donstropians officially have been conquered.

Oh sacred oh mighty

Fonos thou leadest our way

We only compare to you slightly

Therefore see us as more than clay

Let him reunite us as he reunited the land.

Let’s all follow his bright hand.

One day we will truly bask in his light.
