The Winded Monks

The Winded Monks are a monk group who gather in The Wind Monk Temple atop of The Wind Mounds in Cloud Kingdom. They follow a teaching of living a simple life while basking in knowlage. Anyone trying to master the power of the wind travel here. Wind monks have been given immunity from the political climate in Cloudia and being a wind monk allows you to solely focus on your studies. They are actually seen as very upstanding citizens and are seen, by many, as the pride of the country. In The Wind Monk Temple many have sworn oath not to speak or treat themselves to any unnecessary enjoyments or to never leave the temple. Knowledge within the temple is very great, the leader Win Rise is said to have a mind "higher than the skies". Confiere visits the winded monks during Session 3 just as Win Rise is decending from a 10 year long meditation at the top of the wind mounds.
