The Iron Mines are located in Fire Kingdom and are the main source of Iron in all of Afersis.
Iron Mine Crisis
The Iron Mines Crisis refers to a crisis that happened early on in The Fire Kingdom's development relating to Iron Mines. Due to overexploitation of the mine site, all iron available quickly ran out. This caused a collapse in the iron market due to the heavy reliance on Iron created by the Iron Mines, to begin with. Eventually, after a 15-year-long economic depression, Fire Kingdom found a symbiotic relationship with the iron mines.
