[[Confiere]] visits the winded monks during [[Session 3]] just as Win Rise is decending from a 10 year long meditation at the top of the wind mounds. | ||

They are actually seen as very upstanding citizens and are seen, by many, as the pride of the country. In The Wind Monk Temple many have sworn oath not to speak or treat themselves to any unnecessary enjoyments or to never leave the temple. Knowledge within the temple is very great, the leader Win Rise is said to have a mind "higher than the skies". Confiere visits the winded monks during Session 3 just as Win Rise is decending from a 10 year long meditation at the top of the wind mounds.
