Jousev Tremor is one of the minor, actually turning out to be major NPC's in Afersis Act 3. He is brother to PC Hydró Tremor and master to Smeg Mitrí. Even if he unly appeared in person during Session 2, after which he died, his actions and effect on the story has been great.
