Warina

Warina is one of the most fleshed-out cities in Afersis and rightfully so. It's often considered the capital of Afersis let alone Water Kingdom. It is divided into four tiers and each tier is divided into four regions. Every region has a name and main purpose but there is often some overlap between regions. The tiers are: T0 (or Anira), T1 (Common folk), T2 (Citizen), and T3 (Nobles). There is also T4 (The Spire) which is reserved for the leader of Water Kingdom.

T1: S0 Agricultural District

T2: S2 Religion District, W2 Arena District, N2 Political District, E2 Factory District

T3: S3 Military District, W3 Current Household, N3 Magic District, E3 Madrigo Household
