(2nd) Swamp Remembrance

The (2nd) Swamp Remembrance similair to The (1st) Swamp Remembrance makes the user be alble to talk to the dead by bringing back their conscious. Nothing more than their soul can be brought back and it can only be used once a day. However the remembrance was never used for this during the campaign.
