The Decadal Meetings are meetings between all the current leaders of all kingdoms in Afersis, a.k.a The Council. These take place, quite fitting, every 10 years. The first decadal meeting was held in the year 20 A.C. and since then they have been upkept with a few exceptions during wars and such. There are three occasions on which a decadal meeting has been held prematurely:
- 433 A.C. Due to the end of WW3 and beginning of The Dark Ages and abolishment of the "old" Decadal Meetings.
- 853 A.C. Due to the forming of Earthsandia and the rampaging of a group known as Confiere.
In 433 A.C. the "old" decedal meeting were abolished. It would not be until 600 A.C. that they were established again, now called The New Decedal Meetings, although they were pretty much the same thing. In 860 A.C. the decadal meetings were once again reformed now being called: Decedal Peace Meetings.
