Anyone trying to master the power of [[Cloud Magic\|the wind]] travel here. Wind monks have been given immunity from the political climate in Cloudia and being a wind monk allows you to solely focus on your studies. They are actually seen as very upstanding citizens and are seen, by many, as the pride of the country. In [[The Wind Monk Temple]] many have sworn oath not to speak or treat themselves to any unnecessary enjoyments or to never leave the temple. Knowledge within the temple is very great, the leader [[Win Rise]] is said to have a mind "higher than the skies". [[Confiere]] visits the winded monks during [[Session 3]] just as Win Rise is decending from a 10 year long meditation at the top of the wind mounds.
